Who we are

The Six Auras is an event and experience company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean The Six Auras. "You" means anyone who visits thesixauras.com, sends us an enquiry, books a stall, sponsors an event or attends one of our events.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and to run our events:

• Enquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, the enquiry type you select and the message you write.
• Vendor and sponsor details — business name, what you sell or offer, space and power requirements, and the contact person for the booking.
• Event correspondence — emails, calls and messages exchanged while planning or running an event.
• Website usage — basic, aggregated information about how pages are used, gathered through the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, identity document numbers or any sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare quotations and rate cards, to coordinate stalls, sponsorships and event logistics, and to keep you informed about the specific event you have contacted us about.

If you have asked to hear about future events, we may also send occasional announcements. Every such message carries a way to stop them, and we act on that request.

Photography at events

Our events are photographed and filmed. Those images may appear on this website, in our gallery and on our social media accounts. Signage at the venue makes this clear on the day.

If you would rather a photograph of you or your family were not used, write to info@thesixauras.com describing the image and we will remove it from our own channels.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver an event:

• Vendors, performers and venue staff, limited to what they need to do their part.
• Service providers who host our website, send our email or process bookings on our behalf.
• Authorities, where we are required to by law or by the terms of an event permission.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to three years so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Vendor, sponsor and event contracts are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Anything we no longer need is deleted.

Your choices

You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for announcements. Write to info@thesixauras.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes are announced on the website.
