Refund Policy

Event coupons

Coupons are sold for use at the event and are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash once bought. Unused coupons expire at the close of the event.

If an event is cancelled outright before it opens, coupons bought in advance are refunded in full to the original payment method within fourteen working days.

If an event is postponed

Where an event is moved to a new date, advance coupons and bookings stay valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, tell us within seven days of the announcement and we will refund what you paid.

Stall bookings

Unless your written confirmation says otherwise:

• Cancelled more than 30 days before the event — full refund, less any processing charge already incurred.
• Between 30 and 14 days before — 50% of the stall fee refunded.
• Inside 14 days — no refund, as the space and floor plan are committed by then.

A vendor who does not appear on the day, or who cannot trade because required licences are missing, is not entitled to a refund.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship is refunded on the terms of the signed sponsorship agreement. Where branding, printing or promotion has already been produced, those costs are deducted before any refund.

How to ask

Write to info@thesixauras.com with your name, the event, the amount and the payment reference. We acknowledge every request within three working days and settle approved refunds within fourteen working days to the original payment method.

Circumstances outside our control

Where an event is stopped or shortened because of weather, a withdrawal of permission, a public-safety instruction or any similar cause outside our reasonable control, we refund what has not already been spent on producing the event, in proportion to the part of the programme not delivered.
