Agreement

By using thesixauras.com, sending us an enquiry or attending one of our events, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or attend.

Separate written agreements govern vendor bookings, sponsorships and events we produce for a client. Where such an agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence.

The website

We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but event dates, venues, programmes, activities and pricing may change. Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee that an event will take place on the terms shown.

The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to The Six Auras or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking us first.

Event coupons

Some of our events, including Fun Fiesta, run on a coupon system. Coupons are bought at the event or in advance and spent at stalls, game tables and activities.

• Coupons are for entertainment and purchases at the event only.
• Coupons carry no cash value and are not redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for money.
• Games are played for entertainment. They are not gambling, no cash prizes are paid out, and no money can be won.
• Unused coupons expire at the close of the event unless the event’s own terms say otherwise.

Attending an event

Entry is subject to the venue’s rules, the capacity of the ground, and any security or safety instruction given by our staff. We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone behaving in a way that puts others at risk or spoils the event for them.

Children remain the responsibility of the adult accompanying them at all times. Bring your own valuables at your own risk.

Vendors and sponsors

Stall and sponsorship bookings are confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and receive the agreed payment. Vendors are responsible for their own licences, food-safety compliance, staff, equipment and insurance, and for what they sell.

We allocate placement, space and power, and may adjust the floor plan where safety or the running of the event requires it.

Cancellation and changes

If an event is cancelled, postponed or cut short because of weather, permissions, public safety or any cause outside our reasonable control, we will publish the position on this website and contact confirmed vendors and sponsors directly. Refunds, where any are due, follow our Refund Policy.

Liability

We take the safety of our events seriously and plan for it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for damage to or loss of personal property at an event.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
